The Andrell Group LLC ABOUT US David W. Wright, CPM ¨ Vice President David W. Wright has specialized in management of office, retail and industrial portfolios since 1986. Prior to joining Andrell, David was a senior manager with two Columbus, Ohio based property management firms where he oversaw operations and personally managed accounts for clients such as Mutual of New York and Equitable Real Estate Investment Management, as well as private portfolios both large and small. His broad background in property management, facilities management and landlord/tenant relations allows him to assist the Andrell lease audit team in a variety of ways. David received a B.S. in Business and Marketing from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He is a Certified Property Managerâ and real estate broker, and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Institute of Real Estate Management.
