The Andrell Group LLC ABOUT US Daniel P. Weinreb Vice President Daniel P. Weinreb brings a vast real estate background to The Andrell Group. Prior to joining Andrell, Dan was instrumental in assembling and redeveloping nearly a one-million-square-foot portfolio of retail properties at his former employer, where he held the position of Senior Vice President. Prior employment also includes working as a real estate broker as well as being responsible for the re-development, leasing and management of a 2,000,000 square-foot real estate portfolio. Dan is a summa cum laude graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is also a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the National Business Honor Society. He is a past chairman of the Real Estate Executives Division of UJA-Federation and served for three years on the Board of Governors of the Young MenÕs/WomenÕs Real Estate Association of New York, of which he is also a past treasurer. DanÕs vast real estate experience from both the owner/managerÕs as well as the tenantÕs perspective is drawn upon at Andrell when structuring complicated settlements and when interpreting ambiguous lease clauses.
