He later earned his CPA certificate in New York State while practicing accounting in Manhattan. Ben worked in the lease auditing field for over 9 years before joining Andrell. Ben now has a combined 15 years serving the needs of tenants and brings his vast lease auditing experience to serve AndrellŐs clients. Ben has lectured on many occasions about lease clauses at both in-house corporate seminars and accounting conferences, and also served three years on the New York State Society of CPAŐs Real Estate Committee, where he was co-chair of their annual Real Estate Accounting and Taxation Conference. BenŐs experience in lease auditing, which is complemented by his accounting background, helps provide AndrellŐs clients with the assurance that any lease payment irregularities will be identified and rectified in an appropriate manner.
